These standards apply to solo providers and provider companies using the independent provider portal.
Independent access
A provider account is not a CRM membership, customer account, employment relationship, or promise of acceptance. Providers can access only their own submissions, review feedback, and payout records.
Submission standards
Every submission must be accurate, lawfully sourced, supported by a complete authentic recording and clear dialer screenshots, and shared with the required permission. Duplicate, altered, misleading, or incomplete submissions may be declined.
Review decisions
A submitted lead is reviewed before it can be accepted. Reviewers may request information, approve, or decline it. Every submission remains in DealFlow’s central intake database and is never inserted into a customer CRM.
Payouts
Eligible payout amounts are shown on the submission record. A recorded payout is not marked paid until the payment is completed and a reference is added. Payout eligibility may depend on agreed quality and evidence requirements.
Compliance
Providers are responsible for recording consent, contact permission, truthful sourcing, and laws that apply to their calls and data collection.
