Clear expectations for using DealFlow.
These terms describe the basic responsibilities that apply when a person or company uses DealFlow.
Account responsibility
Users must provide accurate information, protect their login, use only the access assigned to them, and promptly report suspected misuse. Workspace owners are responsible for their members and configuration.
Acceptable use
DealFlow may not be used for unlawful calling, harassment, deceptive activity, unauthorized data collection, credential sharing, or attempts to access another account or workspace.
Calling and consent
Customers are responsible for calling permissions, do not call requirements, recording consent, message content, regional restrictions, and all laws that apply to their outreach.
Third party services
Calling, authentication, mapping, and other connected services may have separate terms, pricing, and availability. DealFlow cannot guarantee a service controlled by another provider.
Service changes
Features may change as the product improves. We aim to provide reasonable notice when a change materially affects an active paid service.
