Recording policy

Recordings require permission and a clear purpose.

DealFlow supports call recording and review, but each account remains responsible for lawful use.

Before recording

Determine which consent rules apply to the caller, seller, and locations involved. Give any notice required by law and honor a person who refuses recording or requests no further contact.

Permitted use

Recordings may be used for lead verification, notes, transcription, quality review, coaching, dispute handling, and other legitimate workspace purposes disclosed to the participants.

Provider submissions

A provider must attach the complete authentic conversation and confirm permission to record and share it. Edited clips or recordings that hide relevant context should not be submitted.

Access and retention

Only permitted users may access recordings. Workspace owners should choose an appropriate retention period and respond to valid deletion or access requests.
